I bought an item at an event, can I return or exchange it?
Often, We Defy will attend various events and sell merchandise at our pop up tent/table. These items may be limited time offer or limited inventory items. If you buy something at an event, please keep in mind we may not have any more of these or only a limited exchange option in terms of sizes and colors. If you are not happy with your event merchandise we will work with you to exchange something of equal value. However, we will not process refunds for event merchandise. All of the purchases go towards supporting our disabled combat veteran athlete community, so if you don’t like your item, your money did not go to waste and we thank you for your contribution.
